First off, Happy Thanksgiving to all of you reading this. I never imagined that I would have a place to share my deepest thoughts about books, so I am endlessly grateful to anyone willing to read them. This is perhaps a stereotypical choice for a woman in her 20s to discuss, especially because I am examining the vice of pride, but I do not care because I love it. Freedom is a particularly important topic today, as it is Veterans’ Day. First off, if any service members are reading this, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE . You hold the line to keep our freedom secure. I know that freedom is not free, so my deepest gratitude goes out to you for your sacrifice. Recently, I read The Maze Runner  series by James Dashner for the first time.
